Do you need help recovering from sport traumas?
Through Recovery, you will have access to therapy without the hassle of doctor referrals or multiple medical appointments.
Injuries can stem from various activities: sports, weight lifting, awkward sleeping positions, weekend warrior activities, or exercise.
ATHLETE RECOVERY SESSIONS
Each session includes a 15-minute one-on-one consultation/treatment and up to 60 minutes of self-guided recovery. These sessions are designed to enhance healing and prepare athletes for the week ahead by addressing any limitations in movement, aches, pains, or injuries from the prior week.
Melissa offers personalized mini-sessions for recovery, addressing various physical issues like pain, dysfunction, sprains, strains, and alignment problems. Treatments include spinal or joint mobilization, cupping, dry needling, kinesiotaping, and customized exercise training. Clients also benefit from modalities such as red light therapy, compression sleeves, and self-guided exercises for motor control and mobility.

Cost per session:
$50 per athlete.
Session includes:
15-minute individual session of therapy to address concerns of pain, strain, and malalignment. Access to dry needling, cupping, kinesiotaping and mobilization or massage as needed. Includes access to all other modalities at no additional charge.
Modalities Offered:
Group sessions incorporate a variety of modalities, including mobility and motor control exercises, parasympathetic nervous system restoration, red light therapy, compression boots, and infrared sauna as needed.
